Sunset Kits beach

Lot of people out tonight watching the sunset. I'm clueless in taking sunset photos. This is my first attempt at it.

It's a good attempt. For me I think it would benefit from using a tripod as the end result is a bit blurred. If you meter for the sunset you won't get the overexposed section behind the crane and the people in the foreground will be in silhouette.

Experiment with changing your viewpoint too, see the different effects that can be gained by doing so.

Nice shots but either my monitor is crooked or your horizon is just a bit off of level. A quick fix in PS. Thanks for sharing!

The first one with the people in the foreground is a little for my liking.
