I saw an advert. a few days ago (don't really like electronic delivery but did give me a heads up this once). It looks like the hot buttons will have an oled screen to say what they do. A detatchable cord and a new pen. Looks like the tips have some sort of variable increasing sensitivity. Also a dial control and looks like more buttons that are on the bottom rather than the top of the larger tablets.
I just got one about a month ago and use it lots, my mouse is lonely.

I may buy the new one small size, cheap, so then i can swap between my current large one or the new small one [and i let my kids to play with it once for paints and they loved it, even they learn on it faster then me, lol].

looks good, but without an artistic bone in my body and a paucity of knowledge of photoshop, I'll have to leer and drool at them and remain on the sidelines.

Have a 6x11 Intuous 3, don't see anything here that would make me run out & upgrade.
YMMV

I like the new design, but I'm not fond of the new "sizes"... Less choice is never a good thing IMO...

I don't see a reason to upgrade from the Intuos 3.
Also: Ambidextrous is fine, but I think I prefer buttons on both sides of the tablet...

I wished the Intuos 4 family has a wireless version.

just bought a 6x11 intuos3 a couple of months back...so I wont be looking at getting this.
The ambidextrous design does look good though.

I will buy Intupos 4, i still didn't use my new [about 1 month old] Intuos 3 enough much, but because i was looking for 6x11 and i didn't got it and i thought 6x8 will be small, so i will but Intuos 4 small one as addition.
