My first piccy post images were a bit small. Thanks to sparker1 help will have another go. Recap, I went to a local Rapter centre to try out my new toy 200 2.8L, went for this as UK is not renowned for lots of bright days and 70 - 200 2.8 price for me is wishful thinking, so went fast prime route for tele lenses.

Anyway these pics taken on Av @ f4.5 shutter speeds 1/400 & 1/320 respectively, 300D (Rebel). Found grip very useful addition.

Totally love these shots! Sharpness and detail are incredible. Kudos to you and your 200mm prime!

Both are excellent. The impact of the first is reduced by the closed eyes ... the second one is just outstanding!
