Canon EOS Utility CD that came with your Canon body purchase or...

DSLR Remote Pro that you can purchase and download online...

I tried the first free option, but gave up and went with the second option that I'm now very happy with...

Canon EOS Utility, Works great . I have it set up so when i shoot tethered the pictures are opened in lightroom.

Thanks for the advice guys. Shooting tethered is totally new to me and I'm loving it :)
