Playback on my camera works fine there is nothing wrong with the video inside my camera. It is after I export my footage to my computer that frames start dropping and horizontal lines that go down my footage every so often that is the problem. Does anyone know of how to fix this problem during the transfer and it is not only in low light areas.

it can look weird on your computer because of the software media player you are using, or the way that the footage was edited... the horizontal lines are deinterlacing issues.
not enough info in your post.

The dropped frames are watching the quick time clips right after I import the horizontal line is one one every so often that moves vertically down through the footage it mostly happens when the light changes but I did lock the app so I think there is some setting I need to turn off so it will not have this problem I just dont know what it is

you need to know if the problem is with playback, or is part of the footage itself.
export a freeze frame to a jpg, and post it out here, if you can find the issue in your editing timeline.
