How much money do you want to spend?
And what type of camera?
These two are key. I have seen setup where people have just taken aluminum brackets and created a Pano capable head.
There is 303SPH by manfrotto that I have and it works very well even for multi row panos. But at $514 is is price but not the most expensive. It will take the extra weight of 1 series camera is why I got it.
There is also the Panosaurus http://gregwired.com/pano/Pano.htm and I have read good things about it.

I have the Panosaurus and it is a good, cheap solution, but it has limited weight capacity. When using with my DSLR, I stick with a fairly light lens.
There is also the Nodal Ninja, although I haven't used it.
A good resource for info on pano equipment and technique is Max Lyons site.

Thanks,
I should have been more specific. I have 20 D & am looking for something within $300 if possible.
Let me check the links you have mentioned.
Cheers
