W/B caps?

How effective/good are these? Can I buy the largest mm size and use it with smalled mm sizes?

I use the Dot Line WB Cap, I bought the 77mm and use it on all of lens.. I bought the Dot line cause it was a lot cheaper than the others.

how good and effective it is compare to grey cards/white cards in regards to W/B?

For me the cap works better than the cards, Just slide it over your lens hit MF and point it at the light that your subject is in and you have a true CWB. I like the cap cause i do not have to fix my wb in photoshop later , i can get it right straight out of the camera .

If you want to try one get the Dot Line , i think i paid around 25.00 for mine a lot cheaper than others on the market .
