Does anyone have suggestions for a site where I can purchase and design (or have designed for me), a flushmount album where I do NOT need to be a professional photographer to set up an account? It seems most of the better sites are only for professionals, and I am a hobbyist not a pro. I am looking for one for my own wedding album, that isn't too pricey. I really want the flushmount since it has thicker pages than the magazine style.

I would check out the pro labs like Millers and WHCC to see if they can do it. An album company would be too much hassle for one album. Or get a pro to submit the album to an album company for you, if you know a friendly pro.

I use Mpix which is considered the consumer division of Millers. They offer assembled albums. Nothing to fancy, but they're pretty good looking and not too pricey. You will need to have them produce the prints as that's part of the package.

Am I correct that Mpix doesn't seem to have the flush mount albums with the thick pages? If I do end up going with the more "coffee table" album, have you ordered any albums from Mpix, and if so do you think the quality of the printed albums is good? I used Shutterfly for the parent albums, and while there were a lot of options the quality of printed pages wasn't as high as what I want for our album. Thanks!

You can use TAP or Premira albums. They are both very nice and if you are on a budget, not very expensive either. Google for both companies and you will see what types of albums these are. I have used both for clients on a budget....

Yes, my error; they do not. Traditionall photographic assembled albums and printed "coffee table" books, but not flush mounted.
