\Hi..
I have an sd110, and have taken tons and tons of pictures with it.. I have noticed there is something going wrong with the surface of the lens. Its like there is a coating that is falling off. It still takes great pictures, but it looks as though something is going wrong with the lens. My local camera guy says I have to send it into cannon to get it fixed.. So heres my question..
I keep this camera on me 24/7. The only thing I dont like about it is the shutter lag (i think thats the lingo).. Basically on my digital rebel, I push the button and it takes the picture right away, but on my sd110, I have to hold it down for like a second, often missing the perfect picture!
Are the new elphs any better at handling this delay? For this everyday shooting I dont need anything more than 2-3x zoom and 3 megapixels.. But I would really like something with a better response time on the shutter..
Any suggestions? Should I just get mine fixed, or do the new models solve my issue? I need something that is as small as possible because I keep it in my pocket all the time
Thanks for your suggestions
