I dont know if this is the right spot for this (if not then move it)
But i was hoping that some guys that shoot wildlife might know of something like this.

Im looking for a rain cover that attaches to the lens and drapes back to cover the head and shoulders of the photographer, a bit like the old style plate cameras where the man put his head into a black hood to take the photo.

the reason is i shoot alot in the rain with telephotos, i have an Aqua tec cover, the problem is that the cover covers the zoom ring and makes it hard to twist as the cover is attached to the camera body via the eyepeice. i also have a kata cover, again same problem using the zoom, AND you have to squint throught the wet fogged pvc to look through the view finder.

What i want is something that covers camera and lens, allows easy access for hands to lens and the view finder is not covered.

and ideas?

Thanks

just saw this, Kwik Camo blind. not far from what im after, but only to cover camera and head and shoulders. it would need to be clear and see through so you can see whats going on around you.
