IMHO, the PP is too distracting, specially further down you go.
The group shot is nice, but you need more attention to the levels of people. Too many bunched on the right, too many standing in a row on the left.

The post processing is weird in all of these, looks like you desaturated maybe?? Their skin tones just look off. Can you post some of the SOOC?

sooc = straight out of camera......I would also love to see them without the pp...you have some great compositions.

I prefer simple clean post processing, My usual workflow is open in ACR tweak white balance and exposure if needed (It looks like most of your pictures are underexposed).

Then I open in PS and play with levels, then bump up curves to add a little contrast, maybe do some brightening if the picture needs it. A little USM then you're done. Simple and Clean.

Sometimes I'll do a gradient map b&w conversion, sometimes the story is better told in B&W.

I just noticed that you added vignette is your PP ones, I usually prefer not to add vignette, but if you really want to just do a little bit so its not so strong and dark. But I guess it all depends on the overall look your going for.

I'll be interested to see what other people suggest for your PP, I'm still working on tweaking my workflow.

I agree with most on the PP, they look washed out and cold or something. I do like the b&w group shot better than the color version though. The natural shots without much of the PP appear warmer and the skin tones are much more pleasant IMO.
