Just came back from my local camera shop & the manager said the Canon rep was down last week and said there is an new SI coming out this year with a 12 x, & larger LCD.

Hmmm! Well, I'm so happy with my 10x S1 IS that I might be tempted. Maybe there will be a few other improvements as well. Probably ought to have more than 3 megapixels.
