I'm doing a set on "Why I Love So Cal"

These are technically well done, but they are very commonly shot by others. Why not your take on the subject, more in tune with the first shot? That is a vantage point/location I haven't seen that much and the composition has more dynamic lines going through the images where as the others tend to lack things in the foreground, making the images a bit flat.

haha. I heard Gehry's hall can fry a human like an ant under a magnifying glass. Maybe I'm exaggerating. Great pic of the concert hall,though.

Good series. I like #1 and #3. I think the road lines lead into the image well in #3, but if you had a lower vantage point, it would be emphasized more. This isn't the Los Angeles I imagine at night... it's much nicer!

I love the shots! They are a very nice set.

Although, I think it is, for me personally, "Why I would never want to live in SoCal". LOL I'm sure its a great place to live for those who are there, but I'm too much of a country person. Give me wide open spaces!

I love #1...the lines, lights and colors of the night life. Very good job!
