Hi everyone,

Thought i post some images of Nice (France) during sunset.

The images were taken at the top of the look out point which overlooks the old city of Nice. It use to be a fort many years ago.

Hope you like the images :)

1. Plane trails. If you look closely you can see the windows of the planes.

Very nice. I like #2 & #5. The light in 5 is great, but you may have been about 15 minutes too late because the buildings in the town are overpowered by the bright sun.

I'm finding the town (buildings) too dark. I don't see much detail. If you shot in RAW could you get two exposures and blend the two images? Then again... it could be my monitor! Of course, I can imagine you might be going for that look of "town asleep awakening to the sun" in which case this works.

Great shots, I like #2, #4 and #7 the best. It's a shame you didn't manage to write Nice.

You can almost see it, but the 'e' kinda falls off. At least I can somewhat see it. Neat idea nonetheless!

I didnt have a tripod at the time.. so i couldn't really experiment properly.. I was trying to wedge the camera in between tree branches.. leaning the camera over the edge :( .. putting it on my friends back hahahah.. that was funny!!

But yea i guess i get what you mean.
