I think I know where you are going with this image... but to me for what ever reason the red on the roof of the station seems to pull away and is fighting for attention with the in focus area.. only to lead you away to a non-discript object. If the emotion you are trying to draw out is contention - then this works. Depends on what you were trying to say. But I like the concept... or I could be completely off in left field somewhere...
