Any of you Canon Powershot A40 owners have an extra lens?

I see all those lenses on eBay for the A40 (Macro, Telephoto, Fisheye, Wide Angle....) and was wondering if anyone has purchsed one? If so, which one and do you have any sample pics? How exactly does it work?

I know you gotta put the lense adapter on, then screw the actual lens onto that. If you use the macro lens, can you still optically zoom in with the camera and does it still stay in focus? Can the optical zoom on the camera extand out too far and hit the lens?

You can use the optical zoom, it doesn't hit the lens. Adapter keeps the add-on lense far enough. In fact, with TC-DC52 teleconverter you have to use full or almost full optical zoom because of vignetting.
