Dreamy Images (Wedding)

So I spending a good amount of time looking at others wedding photographs as I have a wedding coming up in a few weeks and I am looking for some inspiration. I have noticed that my images of weddings are bold and really pop but I am looking for more "dreamy images". Looks like it is more photoshop than anything, but I have not branched out much in this area. Can anyone help me on the technique used to get these dreamy images.

Below is an example from that Amy Deputy does. I am looking at images from her wedding gallery (,71,72,4,8,10,11,15,25)

I can't find the images you're referring to.

So it is just a photoshop action?

Go to the site above, click weddings and then in the upper right hand side there is a counter 0-80. You can use the forward button to get to the numbers I listed.

I don't get what makes them "dreamy." When i think dreamy, I'm thinking softer images, like you were using a fog/mist filter...
