And that is not pictage. I cannot afford $100/mo.
What do you guys recommend?
I would love something where my clients could put there order in a basket and I take care of printing the pics...not some other source. Any ideas?

Zenfolio?
$100/yr for the pro-level account, $40ish for the mid-range acct, and the ability to sell prints via Mpix, digital downloads, and the option to self-fulfill.
They offer a two week free trial of the pro account. You should give it a try.

What kind of sales do you do?
I really like Smugmug for one-off ordering and hosting.
I love Exposure Manager for event sales.

I think if you try SmugMug or Zenfolio there are free trial periods of like 30-days. And on SmugMug you can get a 50% discount on the first year using a code like flickr when you create the account. Not sure about Zenfolio. Both services are nice.
About not using the print services offered by either. As I recall when testing SM I don't think you need to send things through them and can set it to just send you the orders. But I am not completely certain of that...

And after entering the flickr code if you enter 3MDk82MhINcPg you will get a further $5 off.
Why not try the 30day free trial and see if you like it, and why not try the free trials at zenfolio and exposure manager too, you may as well get the feel of all of them to see whch suits you / you like the best.

Zenfolio is you want to offer print credits. That is why I went with them. $94/yr. with all of the $5 referral codes found on here. They also have a nice Lightroom plugin.
Otherwise I would've chosen Smugmug, I prefer all the extra customizations possible.

I use HostingPhotography.com but you create your own webpage (although they have plenty of layouts/templates to use if you wish) its my first site and because I had no experience creating a site I was one of those " man I wish she would go away customers "... LOL.... Ian helped me every step of the way... excellent customer service! I only have a basic site but feel free to take a peek.... and the hosting site is around $100.00 for the year

I believe you get a discount if you give them my name / website address.
Good Luck, its a big step.

zenfolio si my preference, it is 40 a year I think and that allows use of domain name.
I started hosting my own site (in very basic stages) then have a link to my zenfolio.
