nm.. for some reason i can see it in safari an not firefox...

anyway .. this is just my newbie opinion but.. because the fire on the right side seems to go behind her sleeve it make it seem as if shes on fire and not the bat

You realize the bat continues across her shoulders behind her hoodie, right? If the bat had been in 2 pieces and not behind her head, I would stopped the flames from being behind the hoodie. It seems to have lost a bit in the resizing for posting, however the full size pic clearly shows the bat is on fire. I do agree with the arm thing, but when I was adding the flames I worked on the assumption that her arm wasn't actually where the flames were coming from. Her arm angles away from the flame at that point, but you're right...I think I'll go back and edit the flames back just a bit there...thanks for the input so far everyone

Ha! Creative shot. However, without the title "Hot Bat" I would have been confused about the flames as well. I think maybe a different pose altogether may convey that a little better. What would be really cool is a shot of her swinging the bat, with motion blur, and a trail of flame and smoke. You know - just a quick little edit. :lol:
