Its actually like a big waiting game lol. No matter what the mom did to try to get her to open her eyes or look at the camera it wouldnt work. We found out that actually doing nothing and just sitting and waiting for the right moment worked better lol. We didnt get anything spectacular but I think they are ok.

Ya it was done in photoshop CS3. All I did was PP each pic into black and white with all of my normal adjustments. Then I used the crop tool in a 3.5x3.5 aspect ratio on each picture. Then I created a new document with the dimensions I wanted to use, and then moved each picture to the new document. Then I one at a time control-clicked the pictures in the layers pallette to select them. Then I added a stroke of about 15 pixels in black. Then I did the same thing to the background but also added a white stroke in the middle of the black. Then I added the text and thats about it. Thats kind of a quick version but you should get the idea if your familar with PS :)

The triptych is a winner. Especially the the third in the triptych. Great job with the session. I like the pink border. I think the mom would really like it too.

All nice especially #3, but for me, I'd like them more with a little less contrast/saturation. Love the B&W's, they look much softer.
