after seeing a spec of dust on my sensor I decided to clean it... yea right, it did not wanna come off no way.
I used Eclipse and sensor swabs... i used like 7 of them, it did not wanna come off (I followed some online instructions on how to do it...)
I think my camera's gonna be on its way to canon soon

It took me more tries than 7 to get it done on my first try. Did you follow the "what to do about really stubborn spots" on the website? Be careful, but I did it and had no problems.

If all else fails, find a Canon Professional Service repair centre, you don't have to be a CPS member to take advantage of their services. Would probably cost around $70 for a very very good sensor clean.

Use one of the common methods to do it yourself, it's not hard. Sensor brush I think is one, the other is the copperhill method (http://www.pbase.com/copperhill/ccd_cleaning), which I use.

I need to do mine again..
It doesn't have many speckles, but I did notice a few.
Give it a little time, and then swab it again..
Don't overdo it, or try tooooooo hard.

Don't use sensor brush, you will find a thread that cleaned by sensor brush.
Don't bother send it to Canon, unless its is defected.
Copperhills sensor clean kit is a must...
