After I saw your photo I did a search for other posts by you, and saw you have some very nice photos.
So I have to ask, did you notice the sign in the window and is it intentional?
If so, could you please explain a bit?

I thought that is a holy symbol in Buddhism. It is completely different because it is facing a different direction, and it is not tilted like what the **** has.

EDIT: I meant to say "It is completely different from the ****'s because it is....."

If I remember correctly, it means "good luck"

When viewed from the outside it means good luck.

Yeah... it's pretty much good luck. Please note it's not on a 45 degree angle. It's in northern India, prodominatly Hindu.

The Swastika, a symbol painted in doorways and windows, used to bring good luck and prosperity. Used by the Hindu Aryans looooong before the ****'s bastardised it, and used it for their own vile means...

Well, Thank you for clearing that.
I'm glad it has a good meaning, and from what I had seen from you before, I assumed it had to have some explanation.
Though, you might notice that prompted by my question, all the other posters in this thread were very gentle to give me information but did not comment the photo.
Sorry for that. In a way, I think I am to blaim.

I think it is a photo that conveys the feeling of daily life in a good way, though the yard is not very appealing, the tree with flowers outside gives a nice touch of color to the image.
Difficult exposure.

Thanks for sharing, and please keep doing so.
