Academy League Soccer (Baltimore vs Chelsea)

Shot some U18 soccer today. No clouds and very harsh sunlight and wind gusts up to 50 mph were fun to deal with today. Let me know what you think.

Just a question, that's obviously not the real Chelsea FC since it's in the US, is it a town/club called Chelsea who bought CFC kits and play with them? :lol:

Actually Chelsea and AC Milan will be playing in Baltimore in July and I will be shooting that game :)


The League is the US Soccer Developmental Academy and its a nation wide league. Im not sure but they might be affiliated with the real Chelsea FC. I know some pro teams sponsor/ affiliate with other non pro teams. The team I shot has the full uniform and wear the actual Chelsea FC patch so Im assuming they are affiliated somehow. I will take a look around today and let you know if I find out anything.

Nice action. Love the colors inspite of hars light. Shooting angles could be lower.

Nice shots, the WB looks a bit pink, could be me since no one else mentioned it yet. Also 5 & 6 have some sort of blur artifact going on, hope that's just the web compression.
