Just take this one in my basement whit my 50mm 1.8
ISO 400 - f4 - 1/6sec
I had a 500W bulb 3ft on my back and an other one 6ft away at the floor, reflecting on a white board.

Kind of like atomic blast lighting, I like it. Good use of clothing to contrast subject with the background.

very nice
the light is a little too bright around the back legs of the stool (and boots)
also on the hands, but it's really nice otherwise

i see what marie is saying about the back of legs and boots being overexposed but i think it gives your heavy boots an angelic look but the exposure and contrast is perfect where it's most important-face and hands.
wonderful self-portrait.

I was focusing on a box put on the chair then I put the lens to manual focus. That why I put the aperture to f4 so I have more chance to be in the "focus zone"
Thanks everyone for the comment I take note
