whats the best way to get the MOST _:1 ratio from my 100mm macro?

Extension tubes or a reversed wide prime on the end. I'm not sure what the formula is for the extension tubes, but I believe that the magnification you get with a reversed lens is mounted lens divided by reversed lens. So a 25mm prime would get you a magnification ratio of 4:1.
I think that the extension tubes would probably be the way to go though unless you don't want to spend the money, because the reversed lens is extremely hard to use.
