Are there any pictures around? I am really considering this lens because the 15mm loses the effect after the crop.

HKFEVER, could you maybe take a couple of shots with the 1DsMkii and a couple with the 350D so we could see the difference :D (You don't have to, i'm just wondering)

Here's one I came across taken with the Sigma 8mm on a 20D. Looks like it does fit horizontally on the 20D's 22.5mm sensor like I expected since it's designed to be completely circular on a 36x24mm full frame camera.

Are there any other shots that you found there? That is such a tease....

Are there any other shots that you found there? That is such a tease....Sure, there are tons, but many of them are cropped, so I just included this one to show how it fits on the 20D sensor. Some are uncropped full frame shots too.

Here are the Sigma 8mm samples on pbase:

Also, don't forget that Peleng also has a circular 8mm that is only about $200. It's manual focus and aperture, but for the amount of times this lens would be used, I'm thinking I'd feel better about spending $200 than $500.

HK is rainning today, so can only shot in door.
Check this out, the 8mm one can see my toes. Tomorrow, when I get back the 350D tomorrow, I will post some more.

The 15mm fisheye on 350XT looks very useful as an option for ultra-wide angle lens without much fishy feel. Great pictures, thanks for sharing.
