Didn't think this was possible!

I was taking photos yesterday at work during lunch and this flock of geese had just landed. This one landed right in front of me so a snapped a quick shot. Later after reviewing the photos on my computer did I notice what appears to be heat coming off the rear of this goose! It must have been flying for hours I guess as it came in with about 200 others. What do you think?:confused:
