What do you think of these?

Hi, I'd appreciate some feedback on these shots please.

These were all shot at f/16, 30sec on a 300D with Sigma 18-125mm DC lens. They depict a crashed hard drive. I took the shots in almost total darkness and used a variety of handheld light sources (blue LED torch, torch shone through a red gel candle, burning stick of incense) to paint in the colours.

I've just noticed that the bottom one exhibits some pixelation, probably due to resize or JPEG comnpression, so please try to look past that at the image as a whole. I don't have the originals here at work with me so I can't fix it.

The third one doesn't seem to be showing up for me, but of the two I can see, I'd have to say #1 wins hands done. Very well done and a great example of painting with light. I think it conveys your message very well too. Good job!

Could you be a bit more specific on what you mean by this. I don't really understand what you mean.

Ah, I see. I have played around with the saturation and I prefer it like this. But thanks for the input anyway.
