Wow--- seems very inexpensive. I can't comment on the pricing -- I do not do any real-estate work--- I have shot architecture for commercial clients--but the pricing is not close.

Commercial Architecture in this area goes for about $125 an hour -- but my research shows that the market won't support that. Then again, the standards are MUCH Lower.

O.k, bare in mind I'm in New Zealand, so prices could be different because of this but it seems way low. Still I think you can refine your pricing more:

I would ditch the square ft pricing and go 1 price for 1 property. the less anyone has to think the better, they won't bother if they have to work it out everytime. you price to take the good with the bad, you might do well on a small property and not so good on a bigger one, but it'll balance out.
maybe ditch the 'print ready', and supply 2 folders on disc, 1. web, 2. print. otherwise they'll use your web ready images to print... they'll look bad, and you'll lose your client.

the additional services are way under priced, you'll kick yourself as soon as you start getting orders for them. everyone of them costs extra money and especially time.

Sorry, but you have to take into account all of the costs involved and cover them. If they're getting 125p/h and you can do a better product, then target that.

hope that helps

Typo? I would think you mean 3001-4000 sq-ft.

Then 4001+ is custom.

Personally, I like the idea of doing it that way... just seems unworthwhile. I mean at best you're looking at clearing $200-300 for a full day of work.

@harroz -- some very nice thoughts that I am taking under advisement.

@Nik -- yep, you are right!
