Rally of Portugal 2009 [Special Stage]

I must say I wasn't expecting much from this special stage which took place in the Algarve Stadium but in the end I found it really cool.
I was lucky enough to be seated in a good place to take photos.


I hope you like these, I'll post more of the "normal" stages later...

Great set of pics goncas, great framing on #2 like the Solberg shot, I noticed in the EXIF you used spot metering is this your normal mode?

No not at all, I always use evaluate on the 40D and was just curious when I seen your results.

Cracking set Goncas, you've done really well to remove the glare from the very bright sun. You must have been sat virtually next to me on the Sunday, Gate 11 from memory. Were you with a young lad by any chance?

I was with a friend in a orange tshirt and I was using a 40d with a 70-200 F4. I was sitting right in front of the jump near the press photographers zone. :cool:
