Very nice. Excellent composition. I like the way the eye is led out to sea. Well balanced with interesting forground and cloud formation. Improve it by cloning out the clutter in the water bottom left (and perhaps the "hoist" bottom right). A poloraizing filter would have done wonders with the sky but you can bring it out in PS. Your horizon is perfectly level too. Overall: good work on what seems to be harsh lighting conditions. With a little tweaking (saturation), this could be great.
