I have called twice trying to order from them. The first time I called I sat on hold for 1/2 hour and a salesperson never picked up. Now I am on hold again for that lat 20 minutes with a recording saying thank you for holding a rep will be with you in just a minute. I thought they were supposed to be one of the places that had good service??????

they're probably really busy right now. They close for a week for Passover so people are getting their orders in now. FWIW I order both from Adorama and Adoramapix on a regular basis without an issue so I'm sure there's a reason for the problem your having.

I've called them 4 times in the last two days (Friday & Today) and had no problem at all.

I guess it's just me. They finally answered after about 35 minutes.

Ordered something yesterday. After going thru the menu, a sales rep picked up within a minute or two.

I do apologize; we are incredibly busy today, probably because we will be closed for the Passover holiday as follows:
Wednesday April 8th, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
Thursday April 9th, Closed
Friday April 10, Closed
Saturday April 11, Closed
Sunday April 12, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Monday April 13, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Tuesday April 13, from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm
Wednesday April 15, Closed
Thursday April 16, Closed
Starting Friday April 17, back to Regular Schedule

Unequivocally, my calls to Adorama have been the fastest and most convenient calls I have ever made to ANY customer service call center. I have literally placed orders in less than a minute from start to finish.
