Recently I have had problems opening and closing my ZoomBrowser window.I have A NEW COMPUTER AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE at first .I have done a system restore and "touch wood" it seems to be O.K.Has anyone else had problems?
The capital letters are when I pressed caps lock by mistake.

LOL It would have taken less key strokes to correct the caps instead of typing up an explanation and no one would have been the wiser. ;) :D
BTW, I hardly use ZB but I've never had any problems with it during those times when I was using it.

Software interacts with the hardware, as well as other software.
You may have software stepping on each other. It is very hard to diagnose but try to note the situations when the ZB freezes and document which software processes are running, or up.
My APS software(Belkin) always steps on my Virus software at bootup...or is it vice versa...depending on bootup order. Anyway, the virus software is negatively impacted.
