Interfit Lights!

So I have been thinking about buying some new lights. Do you think the Interfit 500 would be good? It's continuos lighting.

continuous = fail for still work unless you are thinking in kilowatts... and then you have to deal with heat and models squinting and photographers sweating.

You'd probably be better off with some cheap hotshoe flashes than a continuous setup. strap an led flashlight to them if you need a modeling lamp. You can probably get a complete wireless, battery powered setup for under $150/head which has much more potential than the continuous setups

Alright thanks. I was thinking 2x Viv. 285HV. I don't know which wireless sync to get. I do not want to spend to much money. Also does the Rebel XS have a PC port?
