Back in late January, I posted about Preparing for my First Wedding Shoot (http://www.mikesalway.com.au/2009/01/30/preparing-for-an-upcoming-and-first-wedding-shoot), and finally it’s time to follow it up with the actual results from the wedding!

The wedding was in early February but a combination of very busy weeks and weekends meant it took longer than I’d hoped to finally get through and process the (literally) hundreds and hundreds of photos that I took at the wedding.

But they were fnally finished a few weeks ago and now it’s time to talk about what I learned and to present a selection of my favourite photos from the day.

A couple of samples are attached, but please see all the images at:

Thanks for looking.

You did a great job on alot of your photos. I think you should use a fill flash this would take away some of the shadow in the faces a little.

Well, way to get thru the wedding.
Looks like it was not easy w/ the strong sun and shadows.

Agree w/ PhotoTails and the fill flash.

I did see some nice shots.
I also see some work needed on composition and using your frame and the lines
in the brick back ground to work together.

I saw some WB off on a couple of shots.

You also mentioned you where not sure about doing another wedding shoot again...
If you do another one - wipe that thought from your head. This thinking can come thru subconsciously in your photos.

Just my 2 cents....
Thanks for sharing.
