lexi loves camera

My little neice at the ripe old age of 9 cant get enough of having her picture taken. She sits and watches models on tv just to learn how they pose. She is funny but will drive me nuts asking for photos.

Oh Btw, I am new to both the board and the camera. This is my first digitl SLR and I think I am wearing out the buttons already. :)

Could someone explain the C&C term to me. I think it has something to do with others helping me out. That would be very cool.

Good start on the pics, imo. I would adjust levels and curves a bit in post as well as sharpen a tad.

Hi, welcome! I'm newbie, too.

I'm not sure if it is the darker color. It seems that the darker side of the face is less clear. But you are using >f3.5. This shouldn't happen.

He can clean up and improve those pics quite a bit in post.... however the pics do not have any exif data so I am not sure what his settings were. I know flickr strips the exif on all but the "original" pic, I am not sure if photobucket does that as well or if the OP's editing program did it.

my suggestion is this: don't use photobucket. It ruins the quality. Try using flickr or deviantart.

They are also underexposed and framed (cropped) too tight.
