As many of you know (because I never shut up about it :) ) I do photography for a couple of greyhound rescues to help them find new homes for the ex-racers and cruelty cases.

Jack Black is a bit of both. He is very nervous of people until he trusts them, but one he does he is just so playful!

LOL now that would be funny :)

For pets greyhounds are great.
A lot of people get the impression that they are active and need a lot of walking etc - but this is a myth that will never be busted! A greyhounds idea of activity is changing sleeping position and (shock horrow) walking to the food bowl orthe back door! Don't get me wrong, the love to go for walks and love running even more, but round the house the only way you know you have one is the space you don't have on the sofa any more :) They are incredibly affectionate dogs who simply love their creature comforts and sleep for about 20 hours a day.

There I go again, but truly they make great pets.
