Another dog I photographed while at the greyhound rescue yesterday, this is Micheal.

OK, I admit it, he is a pure bred saluki. He actually has a home now and has been there for some time but was staying at the kennels for a few weeks - there has been some trouble near his home so he was kenneled for his own saftey. Originally he was picked up by the roadside near a travellers camp in south england. He was cold, under nourished and most of his fur was gone - quite a change to how he is now!

There aren't many things more spectacular than a dog in "full flight" like the second shot. Nice job freezing just the right parts, but preserving the motion.

Love it. I have a whippet, think they are in the same family. Very fast and LOL gazelle like. Does this breed bark? Whippets tend not to.
