new A40 user, with a problem

Hi

I have got a major problem, can any one please help

When i down load pictures from my A40 to my computer i dont have any probelms. however, when I tried to up load them to my card I do encounter an error message on the LCD 'corrupt data'.

then on my machine it reports that the battery levels are low ( which they are not because they are brand new) r the destiataion folder is in use.

I would be gratley appreciated if any one can assistance me to reslove this problem

Do you own a USB card reader? I have one and I use it to upload files from the computer to a CF card. Haven't tried the method you describe. If you have a USB card reader, I would use that instead, it works just like an external drive.

Many thanks for the advice, I thought the CF card readers were expense but I managaed to get a good one at a good price, just a few moments ago on the net. I shall let you know of theout come
