the funny thing is that crazy looking process just came out of a regular old PS photo filter (sepia) image > adjustment > photo filter @ 100% with preserve luminiosity

and that kept teh colors on the boy and the fence? very cool effect..i like it alot.

my favorite part of teh shot is the school bus. gives it a south american feel for some reason..why? i have no idea.

Sorry ;) it is in manhattan beach california and I shot it with the 10-22mm EF-s @ 10mm

I wouldn't say it had to be that lens, I jsut got the lens and am not too good at coming up with titles

Awesome picture!, Manhattan beach is actually a 1/2hr drive for me. Tell me how did you compose this picture, did you bend your knees to take this or did you lay flat on the ground. I've got to learn this technique. Stellar shot!
