Just got a 300D and looking for a bag. Searched thru the posts concerning bags, and my questions is, does anyone have any information on how well the 300D fits.
I am going to be traveling soon and want a shoulder/sling type bag that isn't too bulky to carry around all day. I don't like the sling bags that go around your back.

It loks like the Velocity 5 looks like what I want. Does anyone have any experience with this bag and pictures of gear loaded into it.

I purchased the Lowepro EX140, and it's too small and bulky in my opinion.

Thanks for all your help.

Streetshooter-

So the Velocity 5 fits your 300? The interior depth is only 3" which seems kind of tight. I was looking at this bag as well for my 20D.

Tried Vel 9. Big. Strap goes across back to left shoulder and then down diagonally across chest. With D60, BG-ED3, 550EX, 28-135IS inside there is plenty of room. But, the weight of the equipment and that diagonal strap really felt bad. I didn't like the constricted feeling. I use a Lowe Pro Mini Mag AW now and it fits everything above just fine.

cyclone;
let's see....I have a 20d with 18-55 on it, 24-85, 50, 10-22, 4 batteries, card holder, other stuff and then an extra pocket on the strap for a 580 flash...not bad for a small bag...comfortable too....don
