Best editing software

Hi I have recently purchased an Ixus 330 which I am very pleased with. What is the best and easiest editing software for the pc? I am currently using Corel Photopaint 8 but is there an easier editing package?

Are you looking for an image editing package or a video editing package as you mention Photopaint 8? I got Arcsoft's Video Impression 3.0 along with my Canon A40 and although it is very basic it still does a good job. You can then move onto the likes of Videowave 5 or maybe it is version 6 now and then right up the scale to something like Adobe Premier 6. It really depends on what you want to do?
