Hi
I downloaded a trial of Capture One, however I have a canon s70 and capture one doesn't see either the raw files of tiff files created in canon zoom browser. Is there either
1. a work around to enable capture one to view these files
2. another good program worth exploring
kind regards

Have you tried RawShooter?

I am downloading rawshooter as we speak, thank you very much. :)
Does this mean that Capture one is not valid with the S70? As far as I can see it views jpg files downloaded from the camera, but neither .crw raw files nor tiff files converted.
From review I have read it is the bees knees - are there any ways to convert the s70 raw files to a format viewable?
Many thanks again to everyone for making these forums so entertaining and informative

Looking at the read-me file from the latest version of Capture One (3.7rc1), the S70 is not supported. Only the dslrs, the Pro 1 and the G series.

Once again thankyou for your help. :)
I will forget about Capture One and try both rawshooter and breezebrowser.
I hope that I will soon pick up the basics, it is good to have a community to help me through this stuff

I like RSE's feature, but the biggest downside is the washed out look of the images coming out of it (it's a bug...)
I still like C1 PRO, even with all the crap they messed up.

Just did my first shoot with my canon today, not stellar results, I have always shot raw but when I open them in C1 it says they are Tiffs is this normal or do I have a seting off somewhere? they seem to be correctable files
