At this moment there is a poll about the 20D lockups. I have a lockup about every 300 to 500 pictures with my 20D.
My question is must i live with that or should i send the camera to Canon for servicing?
If i send the camera in do Canon now what the problem is and can they repair it?
Are there users here who had send the camera to Canon and still had the problem of lockups after it came back?

What would the users here suggest mi to do?

Thanky for the input.

Are you using the latest firmware revision?

My 20D's only locked up once, and i've taken thousands of shots. It happened during a very busy shoot I was doing of a fire in my area, the worst possible time, but a reboot fixed it.

I had the problem when I first got my 20D. It was fixed with the upgrade to ver. 1.1 of the firmware.
