Whent to the beach saw a funny looking sea gull fly by. This is what I found when I zoomed in.

I think its a hawk of some kind, you can tell by the downturned beak, used for ripping flesh from prey! (sorry)

That's an osprey...you can tell by the dark elbow patchs on the wings.
