I'm not a pro but I have a few suggestions.

If your website is a photography website, the Gallery section shouldn't be under 'Archive'. Even if it technically is an archive of pictures, that word gives out the wrong feeling. I would leave out Archive all together and put Gallery under Pages.
But Pages isn't a very descriptive word either. I think you could do with leaving it out entirely, just having a navigation list.

As has been said in many threads, you don't need (http://www.templetons.com/brad/copymyths.html) a copyright notice. Your Contact link next to the notice is not a link -- just text.

On all your photo pages 'items' is spelled 'itmes'.

I would make your logo at the top left a link to the home page. The 'Home' button is a little small for really easy navigation.

Hope I could help!

Edit:
Here's your footer code:
<div id="footer">
© 2009 Off Leash Photos. All Rights Reserved. | <a href="http://www.offleashphotos.com/index.php?p=pages&title=Off-Leash-Photos-Contact"</a>
Contact </div>

It should be:
<a href="http://www.offleashphotos.com/index.php?p=pages&title=Off-Leash-Photos-Contact">Contact</a>

Thanks Outbri,

I get what you're saying about the Gallery being under Archive, but actually the landing page (index) is the start of the gallery. Archive, just gives you a look at older images. I may remove that though.

I've fixed the misspelling, thanks for catching that!

And agree on making the logo a link. I'll get that updated as well.

Any other thoughts? Anyone have thoughts on the logo?
