spots in the sky

After a trip to PCH in California I discovered four little UFO's that show up in the sky on every picture. It's not any of my lens, so I assume I need to clean the cmos. I'm working with a 1D. Just doing the cleaning proceedure with lifting the mirror doesn't show any thing to the necked eye, suggestions?

You most likely have dust boogers on the sensor. Most people use the Copperhill cleaning method.
