Two questions: First, which do you think works better, the color or the B&W? And second, do you think the composition and framing are effective? Anything else you might like to add would be welcome, of course.

I like the B&W just a little better because it is more reminiscent of WWII.

The scene is a little busy. Cropping out the second T-62 and the structure in the right hand background might help.

I agree with Robert on this one. The B&W conversion does set the mood to a more old-time theme per se. I don't know if a crop will really do much though due to how much stuff is in the shot. Great work though.

Thanks Bob and Derek. The image below is not a crop, but a different setup at the same location. Does this seem a little less frenetic? I didn't use it because it seems a little out of balance to me.

Yes, I can see that you came in closer and swung around to your right a little for this shot.

This is much the better image, because it is very much to the point with no distractions.
Did you try it in B&W yet?

I Like this last edit a lot, that barrel (If that's what it's called on a tank) grabbed me and led me into the picture.
