Here's two different types of emu's (head close-ups)

Is this with the 1.4x extender on the 100-400... If this is the quality, I want this setup....WOW!!!

No.Its with just the 100-400.
I had to take these shots while they were walking :confused: ,cuz they would'nt stay still :evil: .But i'm REALLY happy with the 1st one,its got great "Bokeh" and i love the look of the eye :cool: .The 2nd was would of looked better if it did'nt have the white sky in the background.Oh well :D

the first one is just a WoW!!!!! ... I love the detail, and sharpness in the eye..
I can't wait till I am brave enough to make this purchase... soon... soon..

Outstanding shots ... creepy critters ... birds taller than me give me the heebie jeebies (I'd have been terrified of Big Bird had I attended a Sesame Street taping as a child).
