DVD w/ Genuine Leather Folio and Gift Box - Where to get?

Does anyone know where to get something like this to present to clients? If there is a way you've found to present clients with a DVD, I'm open to suggestions. Credit: this is from the emotion media site. I've looked on alibaba and google, but no luck with anything this nice. mostly tin cans in various shapes and sizes.

Ha, I just searched "dvd leather" on ebay. It came up with a Cameta Camera listing that had one of their products in it. I've never used them. I have purchased from Cameta before though.
